FINE ART PRINTS

SHIPPING

Shipping and delivery is handled with the utmost care. Framed pieces are packaged in hard, padded boxes while unframed photographs are delivered in wide, hard tubes.  All packages are maticulously inspected and secured.  Please allow up to 2 weeks for printing, signing, and shipping.  

Advice on BUYING PHOTOGRAPHIC PRINTS. Please note: If you are located outside of the U.S. you will be responsible for paying any duties and/or taxes imposed by your country before the photographs can be delivered. 

SALES TAX

Sales tax will be charged at 9.75%.  Please note: If you are located outside of the U.S. you will be responsible for paying any duties and/or taxes imposed by your country before the photographs can be delivered.   

DAMAGES 

Inspect your product upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective.  

RETURNS

The Spidey Collection has a 30-day return policy.  Thus, you have 30 days from the time of recieving the product to be eligible for a return.

Your return must be in the same condition that you revieved it, and with its original packaging. 

To start a return you must first contact us at [email protected].   If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.

We will notify you once we have recieved and inspected your return.  At which point, we will inform you on wheather or not the return was approved.  If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method.  

The Spidey Collection personally handles all prints, packaging, and shipping to ensure the highest quality experience.  Due to the nature of limited edition prints we cannot accept cash refunds.

THE INNER CIRCLE

Once the mentorship has been purchased, The Spidey Collection will coordinate an introductory Zoom call between yourself and Spidey so that he can give a thorough review of your portfolio and become more familar with your overall goals. 

Due to the exclusive nature of this product, The Spidey Collection does not accept cash refunds.

1-ON-1 CONSULTATION

Once a 60-min session has been purchased, The Spidey Collection will coordinate via email or text a mutually suitable date and time for your call with Spidey.  In that email/text you will be asked to list the specific topics you want to cover with Spidey, as well as a link/s to your website or portfolio.

Due to the exclusive nature of this product, The Spidey Collection does not accept cash refunds, however, we can reshedule the date/time of the call if needed.
