SHIPPING

 

Shipping and delivery is handled with the utmost care. Each photograph is carefully inspected and delivered in wide, hard tubes.  All packages are insured.  Please allow 4-6 weeks for printing, signing and shipping.  

 

Advice on BUYING PHOTOGRAPHIC PRINTS.  Please note: If you are located outside of the U.S. you will be responsible for paying any duties and/or taxes imposed by your country before the photographs can be delivered. 

 

SALES TAX

 

Sales tax will be charged at 9.25%.  Please note: If you are located outside of the U.S. you will be responsible for paying any duties and/or taxes imposed by your country before the photographs can be delivered.   

 

RETURNS

 

The Spidey Collection personally handles all prints, packaging, and shipping to ensure there highest quality experience.  Due to the nature of limited edition prints we cannot accept cash refunds.  If however, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, The Spidey Collection will gladly exchange your photograph for one of equal value after the purchase is returned to the gallery in the same condition as when it was sold.  If goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact studio@thespideycollection.com

1-ON-1 CONSULTATION

Once a 30-Min or 60-Min session has been purchased, The Spidey Collection will reach back out to you via email or text to coordinate a date and time for your call with Spidey.

In that email you will be asked to list the specific topics you want to cover with Spidey, as well as a link/s to your website or portfolio.
