SHIPPING
DOMESTIC:
The Spidey Collection's preferred carrier is UPS. Through UPS, we will be able to offer better rates, faster, more reliable transits and more informative tracking and shipping options.
We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Orders are shipped to the address provided in the order. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of this information.
In stock, non pre-ordered items will ship out within 7-10 business days of ordering and have an average transit time of 2-5 business days.
INTERNATIONAL:
Duties and Taxes are determined by the customs agency within the a country. If Duties and Taxes are owed, they will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Any questions may be answered by your local customs agency.
Many countries will hold your package for customs clearances and duties and taxes to be paid or require the package to be picked up. Many will ship the package back to sender after being held for 3 weeks time. If the customer does not claim their package within that time and it's sent back to us, the customer will be contacted and be held responsible for additional shipping costs if they would like us to attempt to send again.
PLEASE NOTE:
The Spidey Collection will NOT ship to any P.O. BOX or Short-Term rental addresses (AirBnb, etc) anywhere under any circumstance.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
All returns or exchange submissions must be made via email to [email protected]
We will process exchanges on defective items or items shipped by The Spidey Collection incorrectly (wrong item, wrong size, etc.). We must be notified within 7 business days of reciept if an incorrect item is recieved so that we can resolve the problem expeditiously. Additional policies still apply.
If the item was ordered incorrectly by the customer and an exchange or return is requested, we will review and do our best to accommodate per additional policies and product availability. A refund or exchange must be requested within 7 business days of reciept.
Any package returned by the carrier will be communicated to the customer for verification. Please be sure to respond back to us within 48 hours so that we can reship your items accordingly. If we recieve no response, the order will be canceled and refunded minus the shipping cost. If the returnd package is a result of customer error or neglect, they will be responsible for additional shipping costs of another attempt.
All items must have original tags and be unworn or washed.
If a product in your order is out of stock, you will recieve a refund for that item.
FINE ART PRINTS
SHIPPING
Shipping and delivery is handled with the utmost care. Framed pieces are packaged in hard, padded boxes while unframed photographs are delivered in wide, hard tubes. All packages are maticulously inspected and secured. Please allow up to 2 weeks for printing, signing, and shipping.
Advice on BUYING PHOTOGRAPHIC PRINTS. Please note: If you are located outside of the U.S. you will be responsible for paying any duties and/or taxes imposed by your country before the photographs can be delivered.
SALES TAX
Sales tax will be charged at 9.75%. Please note: If you are located outside of the U.S. you will be responsible for paying any duties and/or taxes imposed by your country before the photographs can be delivered.
DAMAGES
Inspect your product upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
To start a return you must first contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.
Your return must be in the same condition that you revieved it, and with its original packaging.
We will notify you once we have recieved and inspected your return. At which point, we will inform you on wheather or not the return was approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method.
The Spidey Collection personally handles all prints, packaging, and shipping to ensure the highest quality experience. Due to the nature of limited edition prints we cannot accept cash refunds.
